Michelle serves as Partner of Eutemia LLC.  As the founding member of Eutemia, she leads overall market strategy and people efforts for the firm.  Eutemia's mission to make it better than [she] found it aligns with her own personal approach, which she combines with the company's core values to best serve Eutemia's clients and the broader healthcare industry. 

 

After years in the consulting world Michelle took an interim leadership opportunity as an independent contractor, which sparked a desire to grow her business and establish Eutemia LLC. She will never forget signing her very first Eutemia contract in the back of an Uber late at night after a severely delayed and diverted flight, while munching on snacks from the only open shop at the airport.  The rest (will be) history!

 

Michelle has more than 15 years of experience in revenue cycle improvement, leadership transition, and change management work. She has led over 20 engagements ranging from large-scale to individual contributor, all with varied and wide-ranging scope including turn-around efforts, technology implementations, leadership coaching, interim leadership, and every component of the revenue cycle.  She brings a refreshing, creative, and personalized approach to every engagement and interaction.  In addition to a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a Marketing Concentration, Michelle also holds AAHAM's Certified Revenue Cycle Executive designation, ACMP's Certified Change Management Program (CCMP) designation, and is certified in Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM). 

 

When not supporting her clients and Eutemia, Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family.  She is an avid reader, enjoys being very active, and can often be found weightlifting, battling WODs at her gym, training for triathlons, being zen at the yoga studio, or learning something new.
